In northeast Ohio, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull and Wayne. * WHEN...From 11 AM EDT this morning through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered showers and thunderstorms with periods of torrential rain rates are expected to develop this afternoon and evening.
